Application for registration.—Every nominee of a member carrying on the receipt of benefits as nominee shall make an application for registration to the Central Board in Form 20, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
