Application for registration.—Every cloud service provider carrying on the provision of cloud computing services shall make an application for registration to the Data Protection Board in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every register of users held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
