Surrender of certificate.—Every citizen who ceases to carry on travel abroad shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Citizenship Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of foreigners held by him has been disposed of.
