Application for registration.—Every reinsurer carrying on the business of reinsurance shall make an application for registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-7, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every nomination held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
