Maintenance of premises.—Every reinsurer shall keep the premises where the business of reinsurance is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every claim kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the business of reinsurance, and shall furnish to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-2, within seven days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
