Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these bye-laws shall be served on the reinsurer to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form IRDA-6, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Insurance Information Bureau shall record the manner and the date of service within fifteen days of the service.
