Surrender of certificate.—Every reinsurer who ceases to carry on the business of reinsurance shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-3 of the manner in which every policy held by him has been disposed of.
