Surrender of certificate.—Every emergency arbitrator who ceases to carry on the grant of emergency interim measures shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Arbitration Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every record of proceedings held by him has been disposed of.
