Application for registration.—Every emergency arbitrator carrying on the grant of emergency interim measures shall make an application for registration to the Arbitration Council in Form C, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every award held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
