Intimation of change.—Every freight forwarder by rail shall intimate to the Metro Railway Administration, in Form C and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Metro Railway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
