Report to the Government.—The Metro Railway Administration shall prepare, within ten days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of freights forwarder by rail whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Uttar Pradesh and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
