Application for registration.—Every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Form H, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every escrow account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
