Intimation of change.—Every ship repairer shall intimate to the Conservator of the Port, in Form 7 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Conservator of the Port shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
