Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a mine who ceases to carry on the working of a mine shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every weighbridge slip held by him has been disposed of.
