Application for registration.—Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application for registration to the National Sports Board in Form E, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every calendar of events held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
