Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a gymnasium who ceases to carry on the running of a gymnasium shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Sports Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every stadium held by him has been disposed of.
