Correction of entries.—The Controller General of Accounts may, on an application made in Form GFR 25 by any empanelled consultant or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fourteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
