Surrender of certificate.—Every recruiting agent who ceases to carry on the recruitment of persons for employment abroad shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every registration certificate held by him has been disposed of.
