Intimation of change.—Every recruiting agent shall intimate to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, in Form D and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
