Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the recruiting agent shall apply to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand five hundred rupees, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
