Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the petty food manufacturer shall apply to the Food Authority in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of three thousand rupees, and the Food Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
