Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee of a family settlement who ceases to carry on the administration of a family settlement shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Punjab in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every order of maintenance held by him has been disposed of.
