Application for registration.—Every trustee of a family settlement carrying on the administration of a family settlement shall make an application for registration to the Government of Punjab in Form III, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every register of births held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
