Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the export of goods as a status holder is carried on, the particulars of every importer-exporter code held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form SEZ-2, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
