Intimation of change.—Every status holder shall intimate to the Government of Gujarat, in Form ANF-3A and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Gujarat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
