Surrender of certificate.—Every status holder who ceases to carry on the export of goods as a status holder shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Gujarat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every certificate of origin held by him has been disposed of.
