Application for registration.—Every custodian of a Government building carrying on the maintenance of a Government building shall make an application for registration to the Administrative Tribunal in Form 1, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every form held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
