Application for registration.—Every hire-purchase financier carrying on the business of hire-purchase shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Warehouses in Form F, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every chit agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
