Intimation of change.—Every person subject to an inquiry shall intimate to the Nodal Authority, in Form E and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Nodal Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
