Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a mine within a forest who ceases to carry on mining within a forest area shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Biodiversity Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every monitoring report held by him has been disposed of.
