Regulation 27, CERC (Registration of Open access consumers) Regulations, 2014 [S6Y-M3A]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the open access consumer shall apply to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
