Authorised agent.—Any open access consumer may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form I the name and address of the agent within twenty-one days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within ninety days of the revocation.
