Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a ferry who ceases to carry on the operation of a ferry shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Block Development Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 4 of the manner in which every market held by him has been disposed of.
