Application for registration.—Every holder of a Government bond carrying on the holding of Government bonds shall make an application for registration to the Controller General of Accounts in Form GFR 25, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every sanction order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
