Surrender of certificate.—Every national sports federation who ceases to carry on the governance of a sport shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every code of conduct held by him has been disposed of.
