Intimation of change.—Every owner of a brick kiln in a village shall intimate to the Block Development Officer, in Form 4 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Block Development Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
