Application for registration.—Every holder of an advance authorisation carrying on the import of inputs under an advance authorisation shall make an application for registration to the Export Promotion Council in Form ANF-1, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
