Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of an advance authorisation who ceases to carry on the import of inputs under an advance authorisation shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Promotion Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-4A of the manner in which every goods held by him has been disposed of.
