Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in foreign currency shall apply to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
