Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the user of water shall apply to the Government of Kerala in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Government of Kerala shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
