Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of adolescents who ceases to carry on the employment of adolescents shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Child Welfare Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every report held by him has been disposed of.
