Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1959 (Odisha Act 3 of 1959); (b) "tenant" means a person carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant; (c) "holding" means a holding received, held or disposed of by a tenant in the course of the cultivation of land as tenant; (d) "Form 2" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
