Intimation of change.—Every operator of a rural water supply scheme shall intimate to the Gram Panchayat, in Form 4 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Gram Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
