Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of textbooks shall apply to the Commission in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
