Intimation of change.—Every passport holder shall intimate to the Government of West Bengal, in Form S and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of West Bengal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
