Intimation of change.—Every e-sign service provider shall intimate to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, in Form C and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
