Safe custody.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall keep every pamphlet to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the use of premises as a polling station is carried on, shall record in Form 26 the description of every pamphlet so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Chief Electoral Officer within seven days of the close of each year.
