Intimation of change.—Every owner of an inland vessel shall intimate to the Port Authority, in Form 1 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Port Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
