Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of building workers who ceases to carry on the employment of building workers shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every establishment held by him has been disposed of.
