Intimation of change.—Every direct-to-home operator shall intimate to the Advisory Panel, in Form II and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Advisory Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
